Here we are again. Fall is here and winter is not too far around
the corner. We have been behind closed doors for a long time. People are looking for
things to do an a place to go or just something to do just to get out of the house. What are your plans for enjoying
the last bit of warmth before it leaves again? Taking the car out of the garage driving down the high-ways looking
at the beauty of this area? Is it time to take to the waterway and do some fishing? Is it just time to open up
the house and enjoy the breeze blowing through. All of this is good; and I look forward to some
of those things too. But it's seed planting time. While we are enjoying life let's talk about the giver of life
and all of the things that we enjoy in it. If we are at the store or school, and let's not forget work, we
need to plant seeds of Christ.
No, l'm not talking about yelling, "Jesus" everytime you open our mouths, but in our lifestyle.
I am talking about the smile on Monday morning shining with excitement about what you did on your weekend.
Greeting everyone with a warm, "hello" will say more about Jesus than you saying that 'God is good all the time; and all the
time God is good'.
Don't just say it. No one will hear you untill they see it. You got to live it. You are the only bible that someone maybe reading.
What is your life speaking into the lives of those around you. If they thought that everyone
in church was just like you, would they come? Remember this, we are planting seeds into the Kingdom of God or the kingdom
of the devil's. Now ask yourself, "what kingdom did I plant seeds into today?"
I just want to take a little time to say Thank You to all
of you that have given of your prayers, your time, and for your financial blessings
to this ministry.
May God continue to bless you in all that you do,
Pastor W. L. Green
